Relax and rejuvenate at Seaside 4212. Featuring tropical views, high-end finishes, calming coastal colors and decor, and comfortable furnishings, this vacation condo rental is among the best on the beach. ​The clean, airy and light filled living spaces allow you to breathe in the coastal breezes and enjoy Beach Life to the fullest.

The kitchen area features a large breakfast bar and is fully stocked with the supplies you need to prepare any meals. The open-concept kitchen is located next to the main living area so the cook can still be part of the action while the family is relaxing or watching the game on the large flat screen TV. Just off the living room is a large balcony offering pool and beach views. With plenty of seating, including a dining area, it is the perfect spot to enjoy al fresco meals and the Gulf coast's splendorous sunsets.

The Master Suite has a King bed and en-suite bathroom with access to the balcony. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed and access to Bath 2. Bedroom 3 has two single beds. The living room sofa unfolds into a Queen bed. All sheets and towels are fully stocked and freshly cleaned. Washing those bathing suits is no problem in the washer/dryer combo. Multiple ceiling fans and cold A/C ensure you will be comfortable while enjoying the tropical views.

Seaside 4212 is available for rent in the summer, from late May thru August. There is a 3 night minimum stay. Long-term rentals are available. Max occupancy is 8 guests. No events or parties. This is a non-smoking property; smoking is not permitted in the condo or on the grounds of the Seaside Beach and Racquet Club. Pets are not allowed on the property as mandated by the Seaside Beach and Racquet Club. Parking is available for 2 vehicles ($30 per vehicle valid for up to 31 days).
